Will Holbrook Fourroux Atlanta
I am 41 years old, and grew up in Athens, GA. I have lived in Atlanta my entire adult life. I attended Berry College in Rome, GA. where I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. I then attended Northwestern University where I got my Graduate Degree in Prosthetics. I have been in the field of Prosthetics for 16 years.

I currently reside in Johns Creek with my wife of 14 years. We have 2 children, ages 8 and 4.

What activities do you enjoy and why?
I have played tennis since I was 6 years old. I attended undergrad on a full ride scholarship in tennis. I currently play in two competitive tennis league here in Atlanta during whatever free time I can find. I love outdoors activities; like hiking, camping and kayaking. I especially enjoy spending time with my family.

I guess you could also say that I am a gym rat. I am really into working out and anything that is physically demanding. I am very competitive person.

I enjoy building, tinkering and anything that has to do with motors, technology or gadgets. I am a big geek when it comes to science fiction.....especially Star Wars.

What are some of your achievements?
I am a member of several national, as well as local, prosthetic organizations where I have presented case studies and research papers. I have traveled to Haiti where I spent 10 days fitting earthquake victims with prosthetic limbs. I have also fit several Palestinian children through the PCRF foundation (Palestinian Children's Relief Fund).

My greatest achievements are my children. They amaze me on a daily basis, and I revel in wonderment of a child's mind.

What is it like working at Fourroux?
Fast paced, energetic, cutting edge, and unique. All these things describe working at Fourroux. At Fourroux, we are never satisfied with the status quo. Fourroux is always looking for a way to do it better, faster, quicker, stronger. It is just a cool place to be for me as an employee, as well as a unique and state of the art place to come to as a patient. Patients who have their prosthesis made at Fourroux get an experience that is unmatched in the industry, and I am just glad to be a part of the process.

What motivates you to do what you do at Fourroux?
Simply put...our patients and our coworkers. Fourroux has assembled some of the best people in the business and I am proud to be a part of this group. I am passionate about what I do and that shows in the way we conduct business and the results we get from our products.

There is nothing better than having a patient come in the front door of my office in a wheelchair, and leave standing tall and walking on two feet. I am personally invested in my patients and treat them like family, because that is exactly what they are...family! It is a good day at the office when I make someone cry...with tears of joy, because I was able to help them get their life back.
